Finland will be represented by our already elderly she-president and not by that young conservative (well educated in S-Carolina) he-boy-foreign-minister, who thinks Condi is tha greatest thing since he himself was born. "A Finn by birth, but a Southerner by the Grace of Gawdy-Gaaaawd", as this young, un/matured he-boy said some months ago, when meeting Condi.
