Rita was closer, but not close enough to cause significant wind damage (basically it hit at the TX-LA border). Yes, a prolonged shut down at the Henry Hub would cause problems in the NE this winter. Most customers in New England use heating oil for heating, but due to price discrepancies, a great many either converted or are converting to natural gas. NG storage has been above average, but September and October are usually big storage months and if that is impaired and we get a cold winter.......
