The weakening is over, Gusty is looking very healthy once again and has a much larger circulation. N.O. is well on the East side of where the eye will make landfall which is the worst side of any Hurricane. Remember N.O was on the West side of landfall Katrina which caused the Lake Pontchartrain storm surge
