When I was 16 yo my buddies I got bit by fire ants at an open air Edgar Winter concert in Miami. There was an open circular grassy area close to the stage where nobody was sitting. About 8 of us sat there and a minute later we were screaming and running in all different directions. The people sitting around that circle were Laughing sooooo hard at us, it really was a funny site to see.

It's a great city..........the food is good there too. I am now a fan of all the Pappa's restaurants..................especially Pappadeaux. The steak restaurant is stellar too.

My friend who is near Kemah is packing up right now and will move inland for a few days. My son lives near the Buffalo Bayou off Allen Parkway and he isn't answering his cell right now. He is high enough and that Bayou has very deep banks.
