Here is one:

Sorry but that one is, at best ambiguous. He is talking about when Obama was a boy who grew up to be nominated for president. Nothing more.

Carter is endorsing Obama and saying what a wonderful story, a black boy with a single white mother who grew up to be nominated for president by a major party.

You will need to find something stronger than this.

Thanks for providing that link.

It's easy to see that Carter was referring to Obama's childhood, when he called him a boy. I can also see that it wasn't extremely careful of Carter to use that term. But I don't see, within the context, how one could make the claim that Carter meant to put Obama down.
