If you read my post carefully, I suggest there are two ways he could use her. The first is to create the perception that he is the candidate of change. which if he utilizeed her properly would be easy to do. If he creates the perception, he wins. Now if he really is the maverick he claims he is, and wants change, I could see him using her to spearhead that change.

I don't have a dog in the fight, unless I am convinced that they are serious about real change, which I can't know until after the election.

The one thing I am sure of is that Obama is just warmed over Jimmy Carter. No change there. Just another corrupt Chicago pol. McCain probably too buddy-buddy with too many to bring change but we can hope. Frankly, I don't think I would invite anybody in Congress to home, except Ron Paul and Dennis Kuchinich, they both seem relatively honest to me.
