Meantime back in the real world....I don't think there has ever been VP pick in my lifetime that has fired up the base as much as Palin. She is a fine example of the American Dream....and most of us can easily imagine having a jackass for a brother in-law...unless there is one hell of a lot more, it's just a speck on a gnat's butt to reasonable people.

She DID NOT flip on the bridge to nowhere, you cannot show any credible evidence that she did, the official record shows that she refused the money... you made the accusation, but you cannot back it up... show me any legitimate official record where she did not refuse the money... Here's a transcript, unless you're also saying that McCain is also covering up for her... if this were not accurate, don't you think there would have been a huge story about it by now? We know Obama is a muslim <g>. Biden is a plagurist <g> McCain has an uncontrollable temper <g>....been there, done that. If I wanted to belittle the Thin Man's critics, one of the tactics I would use is trying to leave the impression that all they have against him is that he was/is a muslim. Sorta the "Al Capone was soup kitchen operator that forgot to pay some income taxes" approach. Obama's flaws will be written about for generations, especially if he makes it to the next step. It's been an amazing journey and he has somehow made it this far despite some very obvious gaffs in the choices that paved his way.....Only in America. If you get some spare time, channel Goldwater and get his take on the topic.....;>)

Listen, and I mean this in a respectful, go for a walk and get some fresh air... believe me, no one cares about whether or not she did the right thing by legitimately firing a wife beater when they begin to look at the mammoth differences between the candidates overall, except the liberals who will always try to make something out of nothing regarding Palin only because they're afraid of her and they're desperate enough to say and do anything... you're being blinded by the most petty of issues that doesn't even exist in the first place... McCain tried to hang himself when in captivity, so does this mean he now has suicidal tendencies? The whole issue regarding Palin's imaginary misuse of authority is so petty, it's about as vital and critical today as last year's lunch... a State Governor actually doing her job and enjoying an 80% approval rating cannot even come close to obama's 20 year close association with that "hate America first" clown, the make believe reverend wright, it's like day and night, so try putting things into legitimate perspective...<g> GZ
