That's a great area. I have a friend that lives probably a stones throw from there. I would say if it was fixed up it would be $300k minimum now. A year and a half ago maybe you could have gotten $400k or at least closer to it. Our market seems to be slow to the punch. We were slower to go up and now we seem to be slower to take the hit.
