<I thought the photo was funny, and probably not misrepresenting her figure at all even if it wasn't hers.

Don't feel bad at posting a great photo of our next VP.>

Copied this from a local political discussion. As I think is obvious the poster is a lib in a tissy.

"as a professional woman who has stood up to the US Army and to oil company executives myself, I'm going to tell you one thing here, loud and clear. As a professional woman, you

Do

Not

Sell

Yourself

As

A

Professional

On

The

Basis

Of

Your

Sexuality.

Period.

End of discussion.

(reference cover of Vogue). This is very, very very poor judgement, and only would be done by an inexperienced woman.

Anything like that will get you run over/not taken seriously/killed in any sort of serious discussion or debate, no matter how strong or smart or clear you are, and that's in THIS country. It may be subtle, people will deny it, but time will tell you, its true, true, true. This is an opinion that was formed from direct experience. The very fact that Palin doesn't know this is alarming by itself.

There isn't much else to know about Palin---I've heard a few context-less particulars about her career from FOX news, and in addition, a little commentary from Alaska Republicans in the State Senate (Sorry: someone read those to me this morning, and I don't have a fast enough internet connection here to find those articles although I looked).

What was read aloud to me this morning were quotes from some Alaska Republicans in the senate, apparently, some have commented that they don't think she's qualified for what she's doing *now*. "

You don't need photoshop to make her look good. I'm a little chagrined that I posted the same photo her detractors are using to make her look less than serious. Gotta nip that meme in the bud. I like this photoshop from Powerline. <g>
