yup! Actually, I suspect he can tell lots of difference when he isn't making political statements -- he's got one of the sharpest minds in Washington, in my opinion, and repeatedly demonstrates critical thinking beyond the ordinary dolt we elect. We need more of him, not less, and I would love to see him put to better use, e.g. dept of Treasury (?? I don't know if that would afford him much power but I would hope so) <g>
