No, actually Jim...he was a shameful experience... and now BUSH is giving $1BILLION to Georgia... and THAT IS NOT A STATE IN THE UNION...it's a place that Bush put his mouth into and not his actions, causing yet ANOTHER WORLD CRISIS...and now he's PAYING THEM...while the people in the Gulf States are hurting...and wondering...where the HELL did the "$120 BILLION" they were supposed to get...actually GO... actually to 10,000 trailers filled with formalgahyde fumes, and no it's not spelled correctly
