He trains people and makes them think he's training the dog.

I remember one episode, when he asked 2 guys with 3 dogs who were always fighting, "Who owns this house?" One guy replied, well I bought it but he helps with the payments. Cesar asked again, "Who owns this house?" Then the guys replied, "the dogs do." :-)

If you can't think you can never train a dog. We had a dog dumped here that DNA says is half rotty and half husky. Lived on his own for a couple of months then hung around our place. Never trained and really wild, especially at attacking people. After a year of working with him he's now a really nice pet.
