Yep, she's negotiating with multiple parties including Canada (a foreign country!) to build the world's biggest construction project! It's a $30-40 billion natural gas pipeline from Alaska's North Slope to Alberta, Canada.

Do I think this makes her qualified to be president? No, she should keep doing what she's doing! I've seen people almost destroyed by being promoted way over their heads.
