I think the long term outlook is positive. I heard that a large Japanese semiconductor manufacturer is in the process of bringing interns in. These interns are being trained by experienced staff, and long term employees are being laid off and interns are replacing them at a lower wage.

I think this means there is going to be a large ramp up in production.
