Ann, I do not expect any of this to mean anything to you, but here it is anyway.

They both play dirty. MCCain hired Rove's people and those who did the Swiftboating when things were looking dire a month or so ago and they went on the attack.

Obama let them throw the first punches, so he could not be accused of starting it. They knocked him down pretty hard. He started falling in the polls as the negative attacks increased.

People thought he was getting Biden to do his fighting, but OB didn't want someone else to do his fighting. He was just laying back and when the right time arrived he counter punched and almost knoced MCCain out, in front of 38 million people, who watched him. He did it himself like the true warrior he is.

You are witnessing a great leader coming to the fore in America and people know it, consciously or unsconsiously, they know it. They feel it. A Washington or Jefferson or Lincoln is about to be elected. And he will fight for justice for the average man and woman.

When Rove and company come at you, you had better fight back. Kerry, Gore and Dukakis didn't. Obama would not make that mistake! His political instincts are so sharp.

Obama showed he could do his own fighting. And the Democrats cheered! Just what we need to deal with Putin. Tough and smart as hell.
