Politically, that would be non-viable at this time. If there had been a press release about Bristol being pregnant and had decided to give the baby up before the announcement of the VP pick, then they would have had a shot, and a good one, of keeping this under wraps and out of the public eye.

But it is too late for that.

You idiot. I see no indication that the 17-year old doesn't WANT the child. If she chooses adoption, that's fine. But that's her choice, not the choice of left-wing slime like you and the Daily Kos.

With the help of mom and dad she can raise the baby...it's the marriage that's troubling...the complication of a marriage is that there are two teens, presumably on their own, raising a baby and trying to make a life. It's doable and it might work out ok, but the odds are not good.
