No Chris, the poor are not poorer than in the 1920s. The poor (say the lowest income quintile) are a lot wealthier now than they where in the 1920s.

Where do you live? Eveyrone in my area are fully employed and living fine lives - not luxurious - but more than adequate. If they can do it, everyone in the nation has the same opportunity. There are always malcontents and somehow they all end up in the Democrat Party.
