i gather the inodes who love the krautman now hate him. My first reacion to palen is that they must be desparate. Now i like palen for the most part and thought given that they were desparate it was a good move. But without the vetting we have a mess for the republicans. The base is energized but all that means is inode will vote twice. Shorty may even find the correct polling place this time. Last time he tried to cast his vote in mexico but what they were really after was hillary gals and reagan dems. They had a shot but the lack of vetting makes them look silly now even if it is an unfair rap. The leftys are switfboating palen and inode is yelping like a stuck pig. In retrospect kraut got it mostly right. But i still maintain that mccain was looking crotchety and old and the experience argument over time and with biden would have lost moderately as in 52-48. Now there might be talk of an obama mandate. I hope folks who think barack a moderate and a pol who will put america back together again are right. I hope he is not a tool of moveon.org. Time will tell but it does look like this election is over. If she backs out who can mccain choose to emphasize reform as well as experience. I think Tom Ridge can get the reagan dems. But to do that right wing will have to get over this fixation on the social issues. If ridge says he wont run in 2012 and will follow social platform, do you still think evangys will go nuts?? And then there is Mitt if he can be made more moderate which is what he used to be in MA before he saw the lite.
