That is pretty funny. I just remember Obama telling us how his staff "wouldn't let" him go to Alaska and Hawaii, although he really really wanted to visit all 57 states.<g> That's a staunch leader for ya.

What a silly thing to claim. Even if Palin hadn't been running a state govt much bigger than Obama's campaign for the past couple years, its foolish of Obama for him to be comparing his qualifications to those of McCain's veep. It is completely idiotic for Obama & his people to compare Obama to Palin on any grounds. It turns him into a VP candidate. I am amazed - and greatly cheered.
