How clueless can a person be.

Z, > To me, an unwanted baby can feel like somewhat of a punishment.

Lots of pregnancies are unplanned. Doesn't make the child any less of a blessing.

Back when I was in college, I knew this one five-year-old girl who was very cute, very intelligent, and full of youthful energy. She was also the daughter of a 21-year-old junior. Remembering her, I thank God she wasn't "aborted" like some would advocate.

Now if you still consider that to be a "punishment," then there's always adoption, but remember that even couples that adopt would consider the baby to be a blessing. Besides, what kind of society do we live in where babies are looked upon as "punishment"?
