"3/11" was a considerably smaller attack in a country that is much more used to terrorist attacks than the U.S. is.

"Halfway there" isn't close to universal, and the situation is going in the wrong direction.

They don't support gay marriage, but they do support civil unions and the like. And even the gay marriage opinions are moving in a liberal direction.

Some restrictions. But a very small number would rather not have it at all, and most favor the early ones, which make up like 99% of abortions.
