Did Dems/media fully vet Obama prior to raising him to celestial being status? N0--if they knew about G_ddamn Rev Wright and terrorist Bill Ayers in Obama's past, it's extremely doubtful they would have proceeded with his coronation.

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin was not subjected to a lengthy in-person background interview with the head of Sen. John McCain's vice presidential vetting team until last Wednesday in Arizona, the day before McCain asked her to be his running mate, and she did not disclose the fact that her 17-year-old daughter was pregnant until that meeting, two knowledgeable McCain officials acknowledged Tuesday. I know. This is the same lack of attention to detail and incompetence that got us into a war with Iraq and allowed New Orleans to drown. Its not acceptable.
