do you take all of that at one sitting?

Half each morning and evening. I go heavier in the evening toward pills that might give me a problem so that they work while I sleep. Aspirin is an evening one. I "box" everything up for taking once a week. The L-Arginine is an "empty stomach" capsule. I split it up.

Today, I reviewed my small aches and pains and decided I might be getting some muscle reaction from my statin. So I have stopped it for two weeks and started taking 200mg of CoQ10 to help them.

Davis recommends a "vacation" every three months from any statin.
