BOGUS E-MAIL ALERT: False allegations about Palin
ALERT: A Bogus e-mail is circulating alleging to be the list of book titles that Sarah Palin sought to have banned from the school library -- WARNING: IT IS FALSE! The list was taken verbatim from this listing of books banned here and there in America and can be seen at adlerbooks.com .

PERSONALLY, I FIND DESTRUCTIVE THE LEVEL OF CHARACTER ASSASSINATION THAT INCREASINGLY ACCOMPANIES NATIONAL ELECTIONS AND THEIR CANDIDATES VIA E-MAIL. YOU'D THINK THE TRUTH (IF OUR PRESS WOULD DO THEIR JOBS AND GET AT IT) WOULD BE DESTRUCTIVE ENOUGH!

Accordingly, I recommend this more satirical listing of books Palin might have considered when she sought to exercise control over what schools allow youth to read. catsandbeer.com -- and do scroll down and read some of the reactions to this "touches on the truth" satire as they highlight the issue surrounding Palin and her evangelical motivations.
