They will do that as we are closer to knowing who the next president will be, too early to know yet.
I think now that the big boys are back on the scene, we are setting up for the usual wash-rinse-spin cycle. They build inventory to run it up, unload as we rise and then let it fall adding as we drop. We are in a range here that likely will not resolve until we know the outcome of the election.
