That's good. Atlanta has had major drought problems. Maybe they can build a new reservoir, or work on reclaimed sewage.

There are more pressing needs in the US, like bridge repairs, levees, other infrastructures, shool programs, health care etc. Why are we always spending money for other countries and neglecting our own citizens?
