I said "starting". The US has gotten to half a dozen to a dozen of these types of conflict over time. Some turn out quick and easy, some turn out more difficult.


BS. Lousy reasoning. American failure rate is worse than the American success rate. That should tell neos something but it doesn't.

This kind of war doesn't get won on a dime or in a particular time frame. Its not likely we will know for at least decade who won in Iraq.

I couldn't agree more. But Obama (and many on this board, including you) advocated losing it on a dime...


Not losing. Withdrawing. We've already lost the war when the first American soldier was killed. Not one speck of American blood should have been dropped for Iraq.
