- A few 12 plex apt buildings purchased back in 2000 would be of greater value to me today then playing all those stupid drillers for big losses.

Everything is a question of timing and balance in real estate as much as in stocks. Drillers are not stupid investments, they are simply higher on the scale of speculation than senior producers are.
