Very likely she did rehearse. I have trained public speakers----it's essential to being a leader in politics or the corporate world to be able to articulate your ideas. Being well rehearsed is essential. Old fashioned hairstyle really? I see women who look like her everyday. Of course, Hillary is not running. Obama made a big mistake in not choosing Hillary for VP.
