TO ALL: The Bunker is open and completely dry. We have built a new earthen berm and sea walls and levees have been completely reinforced. All the usual amenities -- the Krugman Healthplex, the Andrew Mellon Biker Bar, the Greenspan Mud Bath, etc. -- are all functioning normally. Please proceed in an orderly fashion.
