"She ought to have fired his ass on the spot then fired his boss for not handling it." When the threat was allegedly made, she wasn't governor. So firing on the spot wasn't an option. Her family gave a laundry list of complaints against him to his superiors, and an investigation was made. Her family wasn't satisfied with the results.
