I didn't realize how down in the dumps these guys were about their prospects until Palin's speech. She's the bottom half of the ticket but they are treating her like she is the top half. McCain better watch his back. She is the first fresh face the Reps have had in a long time. They look around and see each other muttering the same failed policies, and then they run a dinosaur. You have that one right.....when they pan over the audience at the convention, its a scary thing to behold. Everyone looks very tired.....however, they came to life with her speech. And there is the moose hunter thing... good looking women killing big animals turns them on. I understand its a fetish in GOP circles.
