Obama.

"Elitist" isn't about having, or spending money, or even spending money extravagantly. Its the attitude that your better than everyone else (which you can have even if you don't have a lot of money)

Its shown in Obama's comments about "clinging to guns and religion", about not striving for the large house and the nice suit (when Obama has them), and arguably in his comment - "We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times ... and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK. ... That's not going to happen."
