Sarah Palin is the kind of women I hoped would one day rise to significant political power in America. Instead of phony leftist elites like Hillary or Pelosi, we now have a principled woman leader.

She was one cool cucumber speaking in front of America last night. It seemed effortless to her.

What's even more surprising is when you compare her speech to the two ladies who spoke before her; seasoned CEO's who've probably spoken hundreds of times in front of large audiences. In comparison they were wanting, she had them waiting for her every word. The way she paused, looked quizzically, and then launched her next statement was masterful.

Bottom line; it was Reaganesque!

The media, who are 90% Democrats, are in serious panic mode now. They don't know how to deal with this new political force. They've been shifting and squirming all day trying to find the right angle to attack her from. Even Joe Biden got out of bed early and hit the talking shows.

Drudge characterized it best just before her speech on his website. "Hurricane Sarah hits Minnesota".
