"Understanding" something is not synonymous with "condescending" (or elite).

And how can you use "apparently supposed" with "so clearly". If it's "so clear" it's not "apparently supposed".

Obama was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth. I think he knows what its like to be poor and how the poor think. But thanks for your input.
