Those who don't believe there is a 'smear gap' between Republicans and Democrats can go to the urban myths web site Snoops. Look up the number of disproven smears directed at Obama, compared to McCain. There are all sorts of lying smears being sent around about Obama - probably 10-20 times as many as about McCain.
