Your response was a little broad whereas my comment pertained to only Bristol. Looking only at Bristol, your position was that you and some of your fellow teachers believe Sarah Palin is putting herself ahead of her daughter because by pursuing the nomination the public spotlight will be focused on her daughter. I assume you mean the girl will be embarrassed and/or held to public ridicule and this would be cruel??

At the same time you've stated that you believe the actions of the Palins are such that this girl's behavior is being condoned and rewarded. I assume you mean that the parents are being too kind and forgiving and this girl should be punished??

So which is it? By your statements you've put the parents in a no-win position, it seems to me.
