Sorry to hear that. Obviously Obama et al have some real work to do. Use your mominlaw as the "Swing Voter." Sounds like she might change her mind a few times over the next couple of months. Will still come down to the debates, IMHO. Then again, I suppose there can be an exogenous event that could change everything.

That's pretty interesting. I was baking, so I didn't see the speech. I'll try to dig up a transcript. So you think it will play outside the base? I don't think your mom-in-law is typical independent. Has she ever voted dem, in the presidential races?
