Oh, boy...it's going to be a lonnnnnnnnnnnng 9 weeks.....The Repubs need to hit hard on the Socialism/Communist/Fascist aspects of Obamas' vision......

First, start by laying out the definitions. The schools don't seem to teach much of that anymore. There are too many people with their hands out....

By telling it as it is, there maybe some "widdle people who will get their widdle feelin's ruffled...." and their votes too...

Senator Barack Obama will increasingly lean on prominent Democratic women to undercut Gov. Sarah Palin and Senator John McCain, dispatching Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton to Florida on Monday and bolstering his plan to deploy female surrogates to battleground states, Obama advisers said Thursday.

Too funny. Doesn't that make Obama look strong? Not. I'm sure Hillary is considering how to turn the situation to her own advantage.

Obama Camp Turns to Clinton to Counter Palin

Patterico has a very amusing post comparing the first and second versions of this NYT story. As originally written, the reporters noted that Palin's speech had been "electrifying" and that Obama was turning to "female surrogates" to try to counter it. But the NYT editors quickly corrected the article to tone Palin's speech down to having only "potential power."
