Inflation has not been 100% in that time frame, not even close.

I guess Tim believes the valuation of our stock market, which is a measure of the economy that the GOVERNMENT doesn't control, shouldn't grow, as it did under Clinton/Rubin. If you factor in that our dollar is worth half what it was then, the value of our markets have shrunken dramatically.

Actually what Tim wants to believe is that there is no correlation between the great economy and stock market in the 1990s and Bill Clinton's presidency.
