Remove the middleman (govt) and send checks to the folks who are eligble. Of course the liberals said they would spend it on cheap wine, drugs, etc. LIbs had no faith in the black community mamaging their own affairs. Teachers unions fought the communities over staffing because communitys wanted some black faces. Ah, if the libs only knew how white mans burdenny they really are.
