The buyout is 42.75 Loonies ?? 37 is the US price about 39 Canadian.. .. Seems to be a given now.. but in this market... you get a premium I guess.. in case.. Some analyst suggested buying the preferreds in lieu but I can't remember the details .. Worked out to about 15% gain by buyout..
