They are aiming for SanDisk. I doubt they'd get regulatory approval to buy SPSN considering they'd corner 50% of the NOR market together.

Why would they want to? SNDK is a much better fit since Samsung is a heavy user of SNDK's technology.

I'm a fundamentals kind of guy so triple bottoms don't mean much to me. Dario did say that SPSN is on track for the Q, but I'm not too sure how much faith you want to put in anything SPSN management says. I don't know if a 20%+ GM will be enough to put lipstick on this pig.
