Good statement, but what must be approved, not next year is the second phase of the economic recovery plan, which is to improve our infrastructure now, increase employment immediately with high paying jobs for all those that have lost their jobs with more to come, increased spending by those employed, increased spending by the companies which fuels the local economies, and react again next year should it be required. If Congress keeps on going on vacation and passing their important feel good but for nothing legislation, we will have greater problems.
