Yes...Oprah endorsed Obama early on (and he and his wife were on the show long before Obama defeated Hillary in the primary race)...In fact, Oprah was someone who helped motivate Obama to run for President in this cycle.

Oprah is very influential with her large female audience but she has decided to have none of the presidential candidates come on her show before the election. For the first time ever she chose to endorse a candidate and it has antagonized some of her conservative viewers. Yet, Oprah owns her own production company and is already a self made multi-billionaire. She doesn't have to worry about losing some viewers because she has taken a stand and made a move to endorse a political candidate for president. If Oprah was much younger and worked for a big network it would be MUCH more difficult to do what she's done.
