Karl Rove knows that we have A LOT of Low Information voters in this country. Many folks don't really do their homework on candidates...they form impressions based on local news clips and what they see on FoxNews (which of course is fair and balanced)...Yet, there is significant economic pain in 2008 and I expect more voters to pay attention to the debates. Obama has also activated millions of new voters that were not in the election process back in 2004 or in 2000.
