Not the point. Monaghan couldn't fire him for bureaucratic reasons, even after Palin put a lot of pressure on him. So Palin fired him, then lied about the reasons. Then lied to McCain. Don't confuse evangelicalism or political stances with which you agree with honesty. They can co-exist with sleaziness, as the Clinton supporters well know. Bottom line: She's reckless enough to lie to McCain, imperil his campaign. I don't want someone like that a heartbeat away.
