Security threat?

Her complaint was the guy shot a cow moose out of season.

Had a DWI.

Tasered a kid? It sounds horrible, but I know quite a bit about tasers having been on the litigation end of them. They immobilize people briefly. Kinda painful, but not overwhelmingly so. Despite the controversy, very safe. I can see some goofball cop doing it as a joke. I've seen folks volunteer to get tasered, describe the effects. Not a security issue.

Cheated in a worker's comp claim? Most do.

Lied in an employment application? Yawn.

I see no history of a security problem. If there was one, her sister's recourse is to get a restraining order.

I do see a vendetta, however, an abuse of power.
