Haim, I m sure you remember that rise of Hitler was the result of collapced economy. Your solution is more of creation of real fascist state. Every state has a policy of self interest. By the way I just returned form Russia, and couple of month ago spent 3 weeks in Odessa. I do have very fresh picture what is going on there, I am born in Odessa and Moscow educated. But it was many years ago, 1977 I left USSR. I was very impressed with Friedman article and recently I listen Marshall Goldman, which I think the best and most realistic expert. I dont believe Reagan cold war will do any good in new environment of China and India, and I am afraid that we may collapse before Russia with all our debts.
