i understand the polish nation prefers to face down chinese border guards in the future :0) the prime consideration about russia is that there is a lot of it, and the issue is that the russians seem unwilling to give any of it up ;0) the game, imv, is simply getting more and more interesting. there will be a lot of learning ahead, is all i figure. it is doubtful that the russian leadership would let their forex reserve go up and up and denominated in usd/euro/yen, and so i wonder what they are reckoning.
